We’ve got the full list of nominees for the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Lil Wayne earned a record breaking 18 nominations. He goes up against Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj for MVP of the Year, in addition to being nominated in the categories of Track of the Year, Best Hip Hop Video, Hustler of the Year and Best Live Performer, just to name a few. Other nominees include Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa, who nabbed nine nods each and Rick Ross was nominated for eight awards. Who else garnered nods this year? Who was dissed? Rookie of the Year noms include Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, Frank Ocean, Diggy Simmons, Big K.R.I.T and Tyler, the Creator. Who will win in that category?
